REMEBER!!! PEOPLE WHO WERE AT THE MEETING ON SUNDAY THE 2ND NEED TO COME EVERY WEEK TO GET THE $50 FOR THE TRIP TO DENVER!!! > Other Reminders: a.. Again, we are planning an Adoration from 6am to 7am with breakfast following on Saturday, March 15th b.. For those attending the youth conference in June, we will be talking about the fund raising options - we need to raise 1/2 of the fee by May 1st. Rob Wardle has some ideas he has used in other parishes and we could also sell pizzas. Easter Egg Hunt we were given this date & time for our easter egg hunt. Saturday, March 22nd, from 10 am until 12 noon. these action items need to be discussed at the meeting on the 24th. we also need volunteers. please look them over and make any suggestions via email, phone (786-1796) or at the meeting. * write a blurb for the church bulletin, (needs to state what we are doing, who we are, the date and time, and to look for sign ups, cash donations welcome) due by the end of feb. * put together a flyer to be stuffed in the bulletin, (stating same as above but including sign up by age group) due by first week in march. * along with the sign up (name, age, phone #) we will need to ask the parents to bring one dozen candy filled plastic eggs attending, and to leave that in a box that we place in the foyer for that purpose. * age groups are up to 2 years, 2 & 3, 4 & 5, 6 & 7, 8 & 9 & 10. the oldest group will go through 4th grade. * we will need signs with stakes to put into the ground to show where each age group will be located. * we will need to be at the church by 8:30 on the day of the hunt to set up. * if there is enough money should we have cocoa & apple juice & donuts available? * we have been asked to help set up the social center for the rcia reception following the easter vigil service that night.
